A Civil Engineer with over 25 years’ experience in the Oil & Gas Industry, Chijioke started his career with the French multinational, BOUYGUES Group. He progressed through positions of increasing responsibility and complexity till he founded DeltaLift Resources Limited in 2010. He has an impeccable track record in the industry having managed numerous EPIC projects in different capacities in Europe and Africa for several IOC’s including Shell, Texaco and Exxon Mobil. He holds multiple directorships in major corporates, including Aveon Offshore and the Obijackson Group.
Etan’s career built over 17 years providing information technology solutions to public and private sector clients in West Africa, the United States and Europe began after formal training as an Electrical and Electronic Engineer. Etan spent the second half of the last decade as Chief Information Officer at Willbros West Africa Limited, later called Ascot Flowlines Limited an EPIC company servicing the upstream Oil & Gas industry in West Africa. Etan is responsible for managing DeltaLift’s operations and corporate strategy.
Ukagha is a graduate of the School of Pharmacy, University of Nigeria, Nsukka. He has vast experience in Pharmaceutical marketing and Clinical evaluation of Medicines in Nigeria in a career spanning over a decade with SANDOZ Pharma and NOVARTIS Pharma Services, leading giants of the global pharmaceuticals industry. His time in Novartis was marked by numerous awards for excellent performances. Ukagha joined FAMATEX Pharma Ltd in 2001 as Managing Director and has since overseen significant growth in scope of business and turn over. This growth has positioned Famatex as a leader in pharmaceutical brand development as well as pharmaceutical service delivery.
24 years of composite legal versatility in private, public and corporate law practice garnered in Osinbajo, Kukoyi & Adokpaye, a city law firm, the Government of Delta State and the Ascot Group (a full complement engineering and construction entity in the oil industry), enable ‘Ochuko to anchor legal services in DeltaLift. While engaged by the Government of Delta State, he served as Secretary to the Technical Legal Committee of the Forum of Governors of the South-South Zone. His legal consultancy practice has also broadened to include the Department for International Development (DFID), a UKAid programme.
Nnaji, is the Company Secretary of the Obijackson Group of companies which includes Nestoil Plc among many others. He also serves on the Board of Gobowen Exploration & Production Limited and Energy Works Technology Limited. He holds an LLB from the University of Nigeria and was called to the Nigerian Bar in December 1989. He worked with Emeka Okoli & Co from where he proceeded to Ayo Kasunmu & Co, both well-established Lagos based Law practices. In these Law Firms, he was intimately involved in litigation, property consultation and documentation, drafting commercial and investment agreements, negotiations, alternative dispute resolution, immigration and expatriate documentation, drafting, reviewing and perfecting oil and gas contracts, intellectual property transactions, secured credit transactions, etc.
